Ms. Loan said that from November onwards, when the weather gets cold, it is time for bitter vegetables to grow. At this time, many people start looking for wild vegetables growing in the fields and on the rice fields to harvest them.

Currently, bitter ground vegetables are one of the wild vegetables that are loved by many people, so the selling price is quite high, from 40,000 VND - 50,000 VND/kg.

Ms. Loan happily said that on the weekend, her daughter came along to help her pick, so together, the two of them picked nearly 10 kg of bitter vegetables. Selling these delicious and nutritious wild vegetables, she and her daughter earned about 500,000 VND/day.

According to Ms. Loan, there were days when the bitter vegetables were picked and she had not yet had time to wash them to remove dirt and sand when someone came to the field to buy them.

Bitter ground vegetables are wild vegetables, natural vegetables, very suitable for cooking soup with many types of freshwater fish, or snakehead fish porridge, eaten with bitter vegetables is very delicious and nutritious.
