Seminar on digital transformation in propaganda and mass mobilization work

On the afternoon of October 17, 2025, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department organized a thematic session on digital transformation to raise awareness and information technology application skills for cadres and civil servants.

Attending and directing the meeting were comrade Hoang Hong Dieu, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee; comrade Ha Thi Hue, Deputy Head of the Committee, and all leaders and specialists of the Committee's professional departments.

At the meeting, comrade Vuong Ngoc Ninh, Chief of the Office of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, directly discussed and guided cadres and civil servants on many practical information technology application skills. The main contents include: methods for creating folders and QR codes for online documents; how to create and use online tables and documents to effectively synthesize information from localities; basic skills in using artificial intelligence (AI); how to create presentation slides and process professional images; and effectively exploit information on the Internet and social networks. At the same time, a number of applications in the Party's application portal were also introduced to cadres.

The thematic session is a specific activity to deploy the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" model in 2025 of the Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department with the theme : "Skilled in propaganda and mobilization work for cadres and party members of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department to implement digital transformation, apply science and technology in performing tasks, improve the quality of consulting and proposing work". This is not only an opportunity for cadres and civil servants to update their digital knowledge and skills, but also a forum to exchange experiences and discuss difficulties in the process of performing tasks associated with digital transformation. Thereby, actively contributing to the implementation of the movement "The whole country competes in innovation and digital transformation" and "Digital education for the people" in the province.

Through the thematic session, the staff was equipped with basic and necessary knowledge and skills, helping them to be more confident in applying technology to their work. Proactively organizing such practical training and exchange activities not only demonstrates the Board's determination in implementing digital transformation but also creates a ripple effect, promoting the improvement of quality and efficiency of leadership, management and task implementation in the entire industry. This is an important step, contributing to building a team of staff with digital capacity, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation, actively contributing to the overall digital transformation of the province.
