According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Cao Bang, in the first 9 months of the year, the whole Cao Bang province welcomed over 2.4 million tourists, an increase of 59.4% over the same period, reaching 96.2% of the yearly plan, with total tourism revenue estimated at 2,390 billion VND.

In September alone, the total number of visitors is estimated at 345,000, up 229% over the same period. Of which, international tourists are estimated at 17,000, up 446.7% over the same period; domestic tourists are estimated at 328,000, up 222.3% over the same period. Total tourism revenue is estimated at 330 billion VND, up 288.2% over the same period.
