The working group visited the site of the road managed and regularly maintained by Dong Phong Construction and Consulting Joint Stock Company. In addition, they inspected the area under construction and repair of the section from km14+592 to km43+300, which was awarded the contract by Khanh Anh Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company.

Director of the Quang Nam Traffic Infrastructure Management Center (Department of Transport) - Mr. Dang Huu Linh said that the DT606 route connecting from Ho Chi Minh road to Tay Giang sub-border gate has some landslides on the road surface, filling up small ditches along the communes of Bhalêê, A Tiêng, Lăng, Tr'hy, Ch'ơm of Tay Giang district. Therefore, people and vehicles can still travel normally.

At the construction site, Mr. Ho Quang Minh - Deputy Director of the Department of Transport has directed the contractor, Khanh Anh Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, to restore the traffic safety system during the construction process. Timely ensure traffic at locations within the repair scope.

For regular maintenance units, the leaders of the Department of Transport requested to urgently fix and clean up soil overflowing on the road surface and along the ditches; increase warnings at landslide locations. Continue to check and clean bridges, drainage ditches and vulnerable locations after the storm. Strengthen road patrols, coordinate with localities to promptly grasp information on traffic situations, promptly ensure step 1 traffic when situations arise.
