Department of Science and Technology and Provincial Media Center: Coordinate to promote communication to implement Resolution 57-NQ/TW on science, technology and digital transformation

On the afternoon of May 30, 2025, the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) had a working session with the Provincial Communication Center to promote communication activities to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.

Attending the meeting were comrade Nguyen Manh Cuong - Provincial Party Committee member, Party Secretary, Director of the Department of Science and Technology; leaders of the Department and leaders of departments and units under the Department of Science and Technology. From January 2025 to present, the Department of Science and Technology and the Provincial Media Center have coordinated to produce, broadcast, and post more than 490 news, articles, photos, reports, topics, columns, and propaganda programs on science and technology activities, innovation and digital transformation (DI&DT) in the province, and at the same time updated information nationwide. Specifically, radio and television waves recorded more than 170 news, articles, reports, topics, and programs, while printed newspapers, electronic newspapers, and electronic information portals have more than 330 news, articles, photos, reports, and topics. In addition, many typical contents have also been widely spread on social networking platforms such as QTVtube, fanpage QMG - Quang Ninh News 24/7, DDCI of the Department and the province, showing the diversity and effectiveness in information transmission methods.

The Department of Science and Technology and the Provincial Media Center also pay special attention to promoting digital transformation, applying science, technology, and innovation in the activities of agencies in the political system; improving the effectiveness of national governance, the effectiveness of state management in all fields, ensuring national defense and security; effectively propagating scientific, technological, innovation, and digital transformation activities in enterprises;...

In the coming time, the Department of Science and Technology will continue to strengthen coordination with the Provincial Media Center on all infrastructures to reflect activities related to science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation in localities, departments, branches, units and enterprises. In particular, the work of praising agencies, units and localities with good, creative and effective ways of implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, Action Program No. 46-CTr/TU, Plan No. 25/KH-UBND dated January 24, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee, along with typical and advanced collectives and individuals will be focused on.

The Department of Science and Technology and the Provincial Media Center signed a communication coordination program to improve the effectiveness of propaganda, dissemination and implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, creating a widespread spread in the political system and the whole society about the key role of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation in socio -economic development./.
