Accordingly, the Department said that on September 3, it received document No. 030925/TB-CV from The Bros Vietnam Joint Stock Company regarding the request to organize an art performance in the program "Exchange with Nguyen Tung Duong and Ninh Anh Bui" .

Based on the application for approval of performing arts and the provisions of Decree 144/2020/ND-CP dated December 14, 2020 of the Government regulating performing arts activities, the City Department of Culture has issued a document approving the organization of performing arts for the above program.

"The program's content includes songs that have been reviewed and popularized in many previous programs.

For the above performance and exchange, the Department has coordinated with relevant agencies to work with The Bros Vietnam Joint Stock Company to request security plans, scripts for exchanges with the audience and other activities to ensure conditions for the program to take place," the Department said.

Currently, the agencies are coordinating with the organizing unit to appraise the content as requested; at the same time, reviewing the program and checking a number of assurance plans prepared by the organizing unit.

The Department of Culture added that the program "The Exchange with Nguyen Tung Duong and Ninh Anh Bui" does not carry out administrative procedures regarding advertising activities. The content has other commercial elements that are not under the state management function of the Department.
