Ms. Vo Thi Ai Nhan (specialist of the Department of Justice of Khanh Hoa province) suffered a traumatic brain injury, facial trauma, and is in a coma and is being monitored by doctors.

In addition, the driver of the blue-plate car, Tran Dinh Khai, broke both arms and is receiving treatment, and the victim, Nguyen Hung Hoang Long (a specialist at the Department of Justice of Khanh Hoa province), also suffered a serious head injury and is being monitored.

As reported by Giao Thong Newspaper, at around 9:30 a.m. on May 16, driver Tran Dinh Khai (39 years old) drove a 7-seat car with license plate 79A-005.07 (blue license plate) on National Highway 1A in the South-North direction.

When reaching Km 1249+500 in Long Thanh village (Xuan Loc commune, Song Cau town, Phu Yen province), it collided with an oil tanker with license plate 78C-053.86 driven by driver Le Hung Phuong (55 years old, residing in Xuan Phu ward, Song Cau town) going in the opposite direction.

The strong collision caused severe damage to the 7-seat car and injured 4 people in the car.

This blue-plate car belongs to the Khanh Hoa Province Department of Justice. At the time of the accident, there were Mr. Ly Nguyen Nguyen Vu (Director of the Khanh Hoa Province Department of Justice) and 2 specialists of the department in the car.
