On September 24, the Population Department organized a training course on deploying population collaborator monitoring forms on propaganda, counseling and providing contraceptive methods in the community for 98 officials from 52 health stations and medical points in the province.

During the 3 days (from September 24 to 26), trainees were instructed on how to use monitoring forms and methods to evaluate the work performance of population collaborators; at the same time, they exchanged necessary skills in counseling, propaganda and providing family planning services at the grassroots level.

Through training, it contributes to assessing and improving the quality of population collaborators' activities; enhancing the capacity, knowledge and professional skills of this team, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of the network of collaborators at the grassroots level, meeting the requirements of population work in the new period.
