Professional training at Dong Nai Provincial People's Procuracy

(DN) - On September 25, the People's Procuracy of Dong Nai province coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh City Branch of the University of Procuracy to organize a training course on document, archive and reception skills; information technology, digital transformation for officials and civil servants of the People's Procuracy at level 2 of Dong Nai province.

Attending the opening ceremony were Dr. Nguyen Quoc Han, Party Secretary, Chief Prosecutor of Dong Nai Provincial People's Procuracy; Dr. Le Van Hao, Vice Principal of the University of Procuracy.

Speaking at the training session, Dr. Nguyen Quoc Han emphasized: Faced with increasingly high demands in management, administration and judicial administrative reform, as well as the need to apply AI technology to support practical work, it is required that the staff in charge of this field need to regularly update their knowledge and standardize their professional skills.

The leaders of the Provincial People's Procuracy hope that the trainees will participate in the training course with a serious spirit, proactively acquire knowledge and boldly discuss with the lecturers the difficulties and problems in the process of performing their tasks. The results of the course will be an important basis to gradually improve the quality and efficiency of administrative and general work, contributing to the construction of the Dong Nai Provincial Procuracy to be more and more standardized and modern.

During the two training days of September 25 and 26, trainees were equipped with knowledge on: Instructions on the format and techniques for presenting state administrative documents and Party documents; office reception skills; using paperless meeting software; software for managing executive documents of the Supreme People's Procuracy; using virtual assistant software of the Procuracy and applying AI in work; instructions on ensuring network safety and security...
