18 performances participating in the 2025 Vietnam - US Singing Contest

(DN) - On the morning of October 4, at Dong Nai University, the Vietnam - US Friendship Association of the province organized the 3rd Vietnam - US Singing Contest in 2025. Attending the contest were comrades: Dao Van Phuoc, former member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, former Head of the Provincial Party Organizing Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam - US Friendship Association of the province; Nguyen Thanh Tri, Chairman of the Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations and over 500 members and art troupes of the Vietnam - US Friendship Association branches.

This year's competition gathered 6 teams from 3 Vietnam - US Friendship Associations from 3 universities: Dong Nai , Lac Hong and Dong Nai Technology. Through 18 song and dance performances revolving around the theme of praising the Party, Uncle Ho, love for the homeland and country; the friendly relationship and solidarity between the people of Dong Nai with the people of the United States and international friends were vividly and attractively performed by the contestants. After the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee will meet to evaluate and select the 3 best performances to represent the association to compete in the 6th Dong Nai Province Friendship Melody Festival in 2025.

The 2025 Vietnam - US Singing Contest is a cultural and artistic exchange activity for members of the Vietnam - US Friendship Association in the province to create a common playground for the branches, introduce the image, country, and people of Vietnam and the United States, contributing to enhancing understanding and strengthening solidarity and friendship between the people of Dong Nai in particular and the people of Vietnam with the people of the United States and international friends.

As a result, the performance of the Pink Pony Girl in The Country Club team from the Vietnam - US Friendship Association of Lac Hong University won first prize.
