Training, disseminating knowledge on food safety and developing commercial human resources by 2025

On June 18 and 19, 2025, the Department of Industry and Trade coordinated with the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development and the College of Economics and Trade - Ministry of Industry and Trade to organize training courses, disseminate knowledge of food safety and develop commercial human resources for officials and civil servants in state management of food safety in the Industry and Trade sector; officials working in trade management; enterprises, cooperatives, organizations and individuals producing and trading food under the management of the Industry and Trade sector in Dak Lak province.

Mr. Nguyen Van Vuong , Deputy Head of Industrial Management Department, spoke at the opening ceremony.
        The training courses were held for 2 days in Buon Ma Thuot city and Ea Kar district with nearly 300 participants. The training contents include: training on food safety knowledge in the Industry and Trade sector; food safety for production, business and consumption of local products; knowledge of state management in trade activities and human resource development for trade development in mountainous, remote and isolated areas; policies of the Party and State on trade development, human resource development for trade development in mountainous, remote and isolated areas; some solutions to improve the efficiency of trade activities, develop models of trade centers, supermarkets, convenience stores; solutions on applying e-commerce in management and business activities; developing projects and models for product consumption in mountainous, remote and isolated areas to supply essential goods for the locality.

          In addition to training the program content, the lecturers also discuss, explain, and thoroughly and satisfactorily answer questions raised by students.

      At the end of the training session, the participants grasped the legal regulations on food safety, contributing to improving knowledge on food safety conditions to serve in state management and in food production and business activities under the management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade .
