Mr. Nguyen Van Vuong , Deputy Head of Industrial Management Department, spoke at the opening ceremony.
The training courses were held for 2 days in Buon Ma Thuot city and Ea Kar district with nearly 300 participants. The training contents include: training on food safety knowledge in the Industry and Trade sector; food safety for production, business and consumption of local products; knowledge of state management in trade activities and human resource development for trade development in mountainous, remote and isolated areas; policies of the Party and State on trade development, human resource development for trade development in mountainous, remote and isolated areas; some solutions to improve the efficiency of trade activities, develop models of trade centers, supermarkets, convenience stores; solutions on applying e-commerce in management and business activities; developing projects and models for product consumption in mountainous, remote and isolated areas to supply essential goods for the locality.

In addition to training the program content, the lecturers also discuss, explain, and thoroughly and satisfactorily answer questions raised by students.

At the end of the training session, the participants grasped the legal regulations on food safety, contributing to improving knowledge on food safety conditions to serve in state management and in food production and business activities under the management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade .
