* Nearly 260 students in Muong Bo commune received Mid-Autumn gifts and free medical examination and treatment.
Tu Tam Charity Club has just coordinated with the Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital, Traditional Medicine Hospital and Rehabilitation Hospital to organize free medical examination and treatment and celebrate an early Mid-Autumn Festival for nearly 260 students of Nam Sai Kindergarten and Primary School, Muong Bo commune.
At the program, the students received general health check-ups, dental and eye examinations, and school nutrition issues. Through examination, many students were found to have tooth decay and refractive errors; 6 students with signs of autism, hyperactivity, and attention deficit were advised by doctors for intervention and treatment at the hospital.


On this occasion, the hospitals gave immune-boosting and treatment drugs to all students participating in the program. At the same time, they also donated essential medicines to the medicine cabinets of Nam Sai Kindergarten and Primary School.
Doctor Vu Hang Thuy Ngoc, Department of Internal Medicine - Pediatrics, Provincial Rehabilitation Hospital shared: In addition to performing well the task of medical examination and treatment at the hospital, every year we have dozens of free health check-up programs for people and students in the highlands. In addition to dental problems, myopia, and scoliosis, autism spectrum disorder is also common in highland students. In Nam Sai, many students have been detected, we have consulted and guided parents to intervene and treat their children.

Along with the screening activities, members of the Tu Tam Charity Club and medical staff of the hospitals organized a warm Mid-Autumn Festival for the students. At the program, hundreds of gifts were handed out to the children, bringing joy and laughter, helping the children have a complete and memorable Mid-Autumn Festival.



On this occasion, the delegation also presented 43 gifts, each worth 300,000 VND, to students in difficult circumstances.
Ms. Trinh Thi Lan, Head of Tu Tam Charity Club said: Not only accompanying hospitals to support patients in difficult circumstances, we regularly organize charity programs in mountainous communes. With the cooperation and contribution of philanthropists inside and outside the province, we are a bridge to bring love to children in difficult circumstances so that they can also enjoy joy and happiness on the Mid-Autumn Festival.


With practical and meaningful activities, the program aims to share difficulties, improve the quality of life and health care for children in mountainous areas, while demonstrating the pioneering and volunteering spirit for the community of doctors and nurses and kind hearts.

* Luc Yen Commune: Exciting program "Full Moon of Jade Land" 2025
On the evening of October 4, the People's Committee of Luc Yen commune organized the program "Full Moon of Jade Land" 2025 with the participation of hundreds of children and people inside and outside the commune.

The program opened with special music and dance performances by children and local dance groups. Songs and dances praising the homeland and country, along with legends and folk songs about the Mid-Autumn Festival, were vividly recreated, creating a joyful and bustling atmosphere.

In order to encourage and motivate the spirit of learning, the Lao Cai Provincial Child Protection Steering Committee awarded 20 scholarships (each worth 1 million VND) to students with especially difficult circumstances who achieved high academic achievements. The People's Committee of Luc Yen Commune also presented gifts to poor students who overcame difficulties.

At the end of the program, 20 Mid-Autumn lantern models with more than 300 actors, artisans, dancers and thousands of children from villages and units participated in the parade around the commune center, creating a bustling and exciting Mid-Autumn atmosphere.

* Nam Tong village, Coc Lau commune: Warm "Full Moon Festival Night"
On the evening of October 4, at the Nam Tong Village Cultural House, the People's Committee of Coc Lau Commune coordinated with the Bac Ha Xanh Club to organize the program "Full Moon Festival - Brighten Nam Tong", bringing to the children at the Nam Tong resettlement area a warm Mid-Autumn Festival, full of joy and laughter.

Attending the program were leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of the commune; members of the Bac Ha Xanh Club; representatives of school leaders along with a large number of people and children in the village.
The “Full Moon Festival” took place in a joyful and exciting atmosphere with many performances, Mid-Autumn lantern processions, quizzes with prizes and feasts. In particular, the Bac Ha Xanh Club presented more than 100 gifts including candies, lanterns, notebooks, and raincoats to students in the two villages of Nam Cham and Nam Tong.

Previously, the volunteer group of Bac Ha Xanh Club and the youth union members of Coc Lau commune organized free haircuts for students, planted trees and took care of the campus of the Cultural House of Nam Tong residential area.
