THACO AUTO honors more than 200 children of employees "Study well, live well" in 2025

In order to reward and encourage students who are children of employees with excellent achievements in studying and training, THACO AUTO organized the "Good study, good life" commendation ceremony for employees' children in 2025 throughout the system.

This year, 236 students were awarded the “Good Study, Good Life” award. These are students who achieved high scores in excellent student competitions, cultural and sports competitions at the provincial/city level and actively participated in Youth Union and Young Pioneer activities. Among them, 16 students were awarded by the Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation.

On August 21, the THACO AUTO Production and Business Division also held a ceremony to honor 88 children working at its affiliated companies and units. Within the framework of the program, the children watched news about typical examples of overcoming difficulties to study well; at the same time, they participated in canvas bag drawing activities, freely creating on the image of THACO Chu Lai Industrial Park. The activity not only brought interesting experiences, but also was an opportunity for the children to interact, connect and spread pride in the place where their parents work.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Doan Dat Ninh - Deputy General Director of THACO AUTO in charge of Production and Business Division praised the students' outstanding achievements, and hoped that they would continue to strive to study, practice skills and maintain a positive attitude, nurture their dreams, and become healthy, knowledgeable and compassionate citizens, worthy of the love and care of their families and society.

Dinh Vu Bao Ngan, daughter of Dinh Cong Tung - Head of the Paint Workshop at THACO BUS factory, has been an excellent student for 9 consecutive years and has won many awards at excellent student competitions. She shared: "I feel very honored and grateful that the company my father works for organized a meaningful ceremony to encourage us. Seeing my father's proud smile when I received the award, I have more motivation to try harder. I promise to continue to strive in the upcoming high school journey to become the pride of my parents."

At the Companies/Affiliates, the ceremonies to commend and reward the children were also held. This was also an opportunity for the children to learn about and visit their parents' workplace.

At the Ho Chi Minh City Executive Office and Hanoi Office, representatives of the THACO AUTO Culture and Information Department, THACO AUTO leaders and the THACO AUTO Trade Union Executive Committee congratulated and presented symbols and certificates of merit to parents who are employees whose children achieved the title "Good student, good life".

Ms. Tran Thi My Ngoc - Executive Officer at the Ho Chi Minh City Executive Office whose son, Tran Huu Loc, has been an excellent high school student for 3 consecutive years, shared: "I thank the Board of Directors for their attention and meaningful spiritual encouragement for the children of employees. This will be the motivation for Loc to study and practice harder in the future journey ahead."

The "Good Study - Good Life" commendation program not only encourages students to try harder in studying and training, but also demonstrates the Board of Directors' deep concern for employees' families, thereby increasing attachment and motivating the staff to confidently devote themselves to their work.
