The Ha Giang - Tuyen Quang Expressway Project - one of the most important projects of the province and also a project to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels, leading up to the 14th National Party Congress - is in the final stage. In all the bid packages, hundreds of engineers, workers and a series of modern machines and equipment are working non-stop, day and night.

Mr. Le Duc Tranh, Director of the Management Board of Package 24 - Deo Ca Group Joint Stock Company confidently affirmed: Package 24 is the largest package, implementing the construction of 20/22 bridges in the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway Project. With the importance of the package, the Board of Directors, engineers, workers and laborers have put in the highest determination, working regardless of hours and holidays to ensure the completion of the project on schedule and with quality.

At the Ham Yen bridge project, spanning the Lo River connecting Tan Yen town and Ham Yen, it is easy to feel the hustle and bustle, the enthusiastic working spirit of the team of engineers and workers. Some operate the winch equipment, some weld, some tighten, the sound of machinery and equipment resounds. Mr. Tran Xuan Quynh, the construction team leader excitedly shared: Ham Yen bridge is 342.9 m long, designed with 2 abutments, 6 pillars with 7 spans, of which 3 spans are cantilevered T-frames with the largest span and constructed in the most complex terrain of the 22 bridges of the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang expressway project. The scale of the bridge is large, but the engineers, workers and laborers are determined and work with the highest sense of responsibility, taking advantage of every moment, determined to complete ahead of schedule. 60% of the project plan has been completed, the bridge is expected to be closed on August 15, and the technical traffic will be opened on Independence Day September 2, 2 months earlier than the set target. According to Team Leader Quynh: This is not only a traffic project, but also the trust of the investor, the pride and responsibility of Deo Ca Group towards the Party, the State and the People.

In factories and workshops, thousands of workers and laborers are also working hard, all aiming for a common goal of establishing new achievements. Ms. Hoang Thi Le Thuy, line 5, MSA YB Co., Ltd. - Long Binh An Industrial Park (Tuyen Quang City) excitedly shared: In the emulation agreement ceremony at the beginning of the year, she and 55 workers in the line registered for overtime, contributing to the company's common goal of over 2 million exported products. According to Ms. Thuy, registering for overtime not only helps her earn more income, but more importantly, this is a meaningful job responding to the emulation movement of the company's Trade Union to celebrate the country's major holidays and events.

In the rice and corn fields, farmers are busy working, taking care of crops and livestock to ensure a bumper crop. Many high-tech agricultural production models have been deployed, bringing high economic efficiency to the people.

Ms. Tran Thi Binh, a farmer in Luong Thien commune (Son Duong), said: “This year, my family planted 2 hectares of rice and 1 hectare of corn. Thanks to the application of scientific and technical advances, crop productivity has increased, and the family’s income has also improved significantly.”

At administrative agencies and units, even though the administrative apparatus is being consolidated and streamlined, this does not affect the spirit and will to work of the staff. Ms. Nguyen Hong Linh, an officer of Yen Son Forest Protection Department - Tuyen Quang City, shared: In about 1-2 months, she will officially retire, but as long as she can work, she will try her best and complete all assigned tasks.

Determination to act

At the launching ceremony of the tree planting campaign "Forever grateful to Uncle Ho" and emulation to welcome the Party congresses at all levels, at the Tan Trao Special National Tourist Area (Son Duong) in the first days of the year, comrade Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed: 2025 is the year of many important events of the country, of the province and is the last year to implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, and at the same time, it is also the year to hold Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: Promoting the pride of the "Liberated Zone Capital", "Resistance Capital", the spirit of patriotic emulation initiated by President Ho Chi Minh, more than ever, agencies, units, enterprises, cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers strive to compete in labor and production, contributing to making Tuyen Quang rise strongly, becoming a bright spot in the Northern midland and mountainous region.

Previously, implementing Directive No. 39/CT-TTg dated October 15, 2024 of the Prime Minister on promoting the patriotic emulation movement to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, the Provincial People's Committee also issued a document requesting agencies, organizations and units to organize special emulation campaigns from now until the end of 2025, in order to strongly arouse the spirit of patriotism, the will of self-reliance, national self-reliance, and the development aspirations of the province and the country.

Comrade Giang Tuan Anh, Chairman of the People's Committee of Son Duong district affirmed: With the goal of completing the construction of the new rural area and eliminating all temporary houses for poor households by 2025, cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the whole district must practice what they preach and work together to contribute human and financial resources to complete the criteria for building a new rural area and eliminating temporary houses for poor households. Since the beginning of the year, Son Duong district has mobilized the community to support the construction of 286 houses, out of a total of 397 houses that need to be built, reaching 80%. The goal is that by June, the district will complete the elimination of temporary houses for poor households, which is also part of the district's work to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels and towards the National Party Congress.
