At deeply flooded areas, the People's Committee of Dao Tru commune placed warning signs and prohibited vehicles from circulating to ensure absolute safety.

On the night of September 29 and early morning of September 30, Dao Tru commune ( Phu Tho ) suffered heavy rain and strong winds due to the direct impact of storm No. 10. Initial damage: 5 households were flooded 0.5-1m deep, more than 51 hectares of crops were flooded, 4 fish ponds overflowed, over 100 poultry were swept away, 60m of irrigation ditch collapsed.

The Commune People's Committee has urgently deployed the "4 on-site" force, mobilizing the Police and Military to be on duty 24/7, evacuating households in dangerous areas, placing warning signs at flooded areas, ensuring people's safety. Currently, heavy rains continue, the risk of flooding and landslides continues, local authorities continue to be on duty at vulnerable points.
