Imprints of works to welcome the Provincial Party Congress

In the exciting atmosphere of competition to welcome the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, many key projects of the province have been completed and put into use, contributing to creating a new look for the homeland. These are not only projects that bring practical socio-economic values ​​but also symbols of belief, aspiration and determination to build Phu Tho into a sustainable and prosperous development.

Modernizing the health system

After more than 1 month of inauguration, Yen Lac Regional Medical Center has welcomed a 15% increase in the number of patients coming for examination and treatment compared to before, affirming the growing trust of people in the quality of medical services.

The project to build and upgrade the Yen Lac Regional Medical Center, invested by the Vinh Phuc Regional Project Management Board, started at the end of 2023, with a total investment of over 313 billion VND from the medium-term public investment capital for the period 2021-2025. The project has a scale of 250 beds, including the main items: 5-storey technical and operational building, 7-storey inpatient treatment building, infectious disease department, infection control department, and many auxiliary items and technical infrastructure. Mr. Ta Van Hung, Project Management Director, said: "The project is designed synchronously, with modern architecture, advanced equipment, meeting the requirements of high-quality medical examination and treatment for people in the Yen Lac area and neighboring localities. The central space is invested in the direction of green - clean - beautiful, with a system of trees, flower beds, waiting chairs and clear instructions, helping people to access services more conveniently".

Many modern techniques are performed at Yen Lac Regional Medical Center such as: Percutaneous nephrolithotomy, thyroid tumor surgery through the mouth...

Specialist II Doctor Nguyen Hoang Phuong, Director of Yen Lac Regional Medical Center, emphasized: “The Center is an important highlight in the province's health system, demonstrating the attention and close direction of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and Provincial People's Committee for people's health care. In particular, the Center has deployed electronic hospital management software, helping to reform administrative procedures, reduce waiting time and optimize the medical examination and treatment process.”

Along with infrastructure investment, the center is equipped with many modern devices such as 4D ultrasound machine, digital X-ray machine, automatic biochemical - hematology testing system, digestive endoscopy, electrocardiogram, monitor... These devices help improve the quality of diagnosis, shorten treatment time and increase the effectiveness of medical examination and treatment.

Putting Yen Lac Regional Medical Center into use not only improves the capacity for medical examination and treatment, meeting the increasing health care needs of the people, but also creates a mark in the roadmap to build a modern and synchronous health system of the province.

Tran Phu High School - New symbol of education

Tran Phu High School is the oldest high school in the province, established on January 11, 1947, and is honored to be named after General Secretary Tran Phu - a staunch communist soldier. Over the past 80 years, the school has achieved many outstanding achievements and has been awarded many noble titles by the Party and the State.

To meet the requirements of educational innovation, the province has invested 323 billion VND to build a new facility with an area of ​​2.2 hectares. The project started in November 2023 and was inaugurated in April 2025, including 39 classrooms, a hall, a multi-purpose house, a swimming pool, a library, a football field, a principal's house... with a scale of serving 1,600 students. This is a key educational project, designed to be synchronous, modern and sustainable. Mr. Do Van Kha, Deputy Director of Project Management, shared: "The architectural design of the school is optimized in terms of space, light, and is environmentally friendly, creating ideal conditions for teaching, learning and comprehensive development. This is also one of the projects with a sign welcoming the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030".

Teacher Nguyen Ngoc Tram, Party Cell Secretary and Principal of Tran Phu High School, emphasized: “The overall architecture of the project harmoniously connects tradition and modernity, symbolizing the “cherishing and nurturing arms” of teachers for their students. This is not only a place to study but also a second home, a place to nurture dreams and knowledge for future generations.”

Provincial House of Culture and Arts - New symbol of the Fatherland

Located in the center of Hung Vuong Square, the Provincial House of Culture and Arts is a key project, both modern in appearance and inheriting traditional values. The project was inaugurated on August 19, 2025 after nearly 3 years of construction, with a total investment of nearly 400 billion VND, including a 35m high building with 3 floors above ground, 1 basement and 1 roof floor. The highlight is the 1,000-seat main hall, meeting the needs of performing arts and large-scale political events. The architecture is designed in a neoclassical style, combining cultural motifs of the Hung Vuong period. The interior is invested synchronously with sound, lighting, soundproofing, air conditioning, fire prevention and fighting systems and modern functional rooms.

Mr. Nguyen Van Duong, Deputy Director of Project Management, emphasized: “The Provincial Cultural and Artistic House is one of the typical works with a signboard welcoming the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. The work has special political and social significance, not only serving the needs of cultural and artistic activities but also being a place to organize important political events of the province. During the construction process, the Board closely coordinated with the construction unit to focus on human resources and equipment, speed up the progress while still ensuring quality and aesthetics. This is a work that demonstrates the determination and aspiration to rise of the Party Committee, government and people of the Fatherland”.

Mr. Vu Ngoc Khanh, Commander of the construction contractor, added: “From the very beginning, we were fully aware of the responsibility and honor of being assigned to carry out this key project. The unit mobilized maximum human resources and equipment, applied advanced technical solutions, worked day and night, and overcame difficulties in weather, site, and material sources. Completing the project ahead of schedule is the result of solidarity and continuous efforts, and at the same time, gratitude for the trust that the province has placed in the construction unit.”

The Provincial House of Culture and Arts is not only a modern cultural and artistic center but also an architectural highlight, contributing to improving the spiritual life of the people, affirming the position of Phu Tho in the new development stage.

In addition, in the province, there are many key projects with signs welcoming the congress, such as: Component Project 2 - Vinh Yen City Sports and Cultural Area; To Hieu Secondary School (Vinh Phuc Ward); Farm renovation project to convert livestock in Tam Dao...
