The Congress listened to Comrade Dinh Thi Thu Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, briefly present the Report synthesizing comments on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Accordingly, most opinions basically agree with the content of the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress and believe that the documents have been carefully, meticulously, thoroughly prepared, of high quality, with theoretical and practical content, comprehensive, complete and substantive assessment, in accordance with the Party's viewpoint of "Looking straight at the truth, stating the truth, correctly assessing the truth"; the words are easy to understand, precise, scientific , and basically crystallize the wisdom and results of implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress. At the same time, it inherits the contents stated in the documents of previous Congresses, is suitable for reality and clearly demonstrates the innovation of thinking to create a comprehensive breakthrough to bring the country into a new era, an era of national development.

In particular, the draft Political Report of the 14th National Party Congress has many new points, from the topic to the report's structure, with clear and concise messages in each content of the strategic orientation.

Delegates also proposed a number of ideas such as: it is necessary to soon issue guidelines for implementing Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW, dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development; Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW, dated September 9, 2025 of the Politburo on "a number of breakthrough solutions, strengthening protection, care and improvement of people's health" to achieve the goals in the coming period; requesting the Central Committee to study and have specific instructions to achieve the target of developing party members from 3 - 4%, avoiding the case where localities and units chase after quantity without paying attention to quality.

Comrade Do Huu Huy - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee presented a report at the Congress.

At the Congress, comrade Do Huu Huy - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also briefly presented the Report synthesizing comments on the draft Documents submitted to the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Through synthesis, there were 79 comments on the draft Document of the Provincial Party Congress. Most of the comments highly agreed with the draft Document and assessed that the draft Document had been carefully, seriously, thoroughly and methodically prepared; the content was highly general, closely following the major policies and orientations of the Central Government.

Comrade Nguyen Dinh Trung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee delivered the closing speech at the Congress.

In addition, delegates also proposed to supplement, complete and clarify some contents to evaluate, comment, forecast, goals, viewpoints, tasks and solutions for implementation in the coming time such as: GRDP per capita target; poverty rate, new rural construction, new party member development; national defense and security...

The Congress announced the Politburo's Decision to appoint a delegation of 35 official delegates and 3 alternate delegates from the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee to attend the 14th National Congress of the Party.
