Wednesday, October 22, 2025, the third working day of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly took place at the National Assembly House, Hanoi.

MORNING

- From 8:00 to 8:50:

Under the chairmanship of Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Le Minh Hoan, the National Assembly held a plenary session in the hall to listen to the following contents:

(1) Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Report on 3 projects: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Education; Law on Higher Education (amended); Law on Vocational Education (amended).

(2) Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Society Nguyen Dac Vinh presented the Verification Report on 3 projects: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Education; Law on Higher Education (amended); Law on Vocational Education (amended).

(3) Minister of Construction Tran Hong Minh, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Draft Law on Vietnam Civil Aviation (amended).

(4) Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Draft Law on Civil Servants (amended).

(5) Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Law and Justice Hoang Thanh Tung presented the Examination Report on two projects: Law on Civil Aviation of Vietnam (amended); Law on Public Employees (amended).

The National Assembly discussed in groups the following contents:

(1) Draft Law on Civil Aviation of Vietnam (amended).

(2) Draft Law on Civil Servants (amended).

AFTERNOON

The National Assembly discussed in groups the following contents:

(1) Draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Education.

(2) Draft Law on Higher Education (amended).

(3) Draft Law on Vocational Education (amended).

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 23, 2025:

Morning: The National Assembly held a plenary session at the Hall, carrying out the following contents: (1) listening to the Report on 2 projects: Bankruptcy Law (amended); Deposit Insurance Law (amended); (2) listening to the Examination Report on 2 projects: Bankruptcy Law (amended); Deposit Insurance Law (amended); (3) listening to the Report on 3 projects: Press Law (amended); Population Law; Disease Prevention Law; (4) listening to the Examination Report on 3 projects: Press Law (amended); Population Law; Disease Prevention Law. After that, the National Assembly discussed in groups the following contents: (1) Bankruptcy Law Project (amended); (2) Deposit Insurance Law Project (amended).

Afternoon: The National Assembly discussed in groups the following contents: (1) Draft Law on Press (amended); (2) Draft Law on Population; (3) Draft Law on Disease Prevention.
