Deputy Minister Le Thi Thu Hang expressed her delight at the positive development of Vietnam-Azerbaijan relations. She highly appreciated the effective coordination of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs in promoting bilateral cooperation in recent times, especially the successful organization of the State visit of General Secretary To Lam to Azerbaijan in May 2025. She also highly appreciated the support for the safe evacuation of Vietnamese citizens from Iran to Azerbaijan and the organization of the "Vietnamese Cultural Days in Baku". She emphasized that the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs will actively coordinate with the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs to further deepen the strategic partnership between the two countries in the coming time.

The two sides agreed to continue to closely coordinate, promote the focal role of the two Ministries of Foreign Affairs, propose specific directions and solutions to effectively implement the commitments and agreements of the Senior Leaders, soon complete the development of the Action Plan to implement the Strategic Partnership framework between the two countries, contributing to the comprehensive development of Vietnam - Azerbaijan relations, especially in the fields of politics - diplomacy, economics - trade, energy, transportation, education - training, etc.
