The program gathered about 350 guests, including more than 20 international partners, representatives of press agencies and more than 150 EcoWipes members. More than just a milestone, the event was positioned as a brand manifesto: firmly "Make in Vietnam", accelerating automation and honoring human resources.

The program opened with a clip recreating the journey of founding EcoWipes: a portrait of the founder - now Chairman of the Board of Directors Le Ngoc Lam - and his aspiration to create a "Make in Vietnam" wet wipe line. In 2010, when the domestic market was almost dominated by foreign products, that choice became a different path, paving the way for EcoWipes.

Continuing the program, General Director Le Thi Bao Yen condensed the journey into a commitment for the new stage: investing heavily in people and automation, cooperating deeply with domestic supply chains, accelerating R&D for green - safe - different product lines; simultaneously expanding exports and diversifying customers in high-standard markets such as the United States, Europe, and Japan. Throughout is the core value of "keeping a pure heart - acting for true value", setting the standard for stable quality and integrated services. Immediately after the speech, the program entered the key growth orientations and the team appreciation ceremony.
Over the past 15 years, EcoWipes has built its competitive advantage on three pillars: quality discipline, automation – digitalization and compliance. The company said it will continue to optimize processes, improve traceability standards to meet the requirements of target markets, and expand its ecosystem of cooperation with domestic suppliers to increase the localization rate and supply chain resilience.

EcoWipes currently owns a factory of more than 7,000 m² with 14 automatic lines, with a capacity of over 60 tons/day (approximately 22,000 tons/year). The standardized warehouse and logistics system helps control quality and progress throughout the chain. The portfolio of nearly 70 products under the EcoWipes brand ranges from multi-purpose wet wipes, functional wet wipes to household chemicals and personal care. On that foundation, the enterprise has established four key growth points: e-commerce, OEM/ODM, export, distribution to modern retail systems and medical channels.
The emotional highlight of the anniversary night was the ceremony to honor long-time associates. EcoWipes honored long-time employees and announced a sustainable recognition mechanism: awarding shares to long-time partners along with seniority-based bonuses. According to the company, this is a way to "share the fruits" with those who have stayed and continued to accompany, creating momentum for a new growth phase.

The presence of more than 20 international partners at the event shows that EcoWipes' integration efforts are not only in products, but also in operating standards, compliance and traceability. The "Make in Vietnam" orientation therefore does not stop at origin, but becomes a philosophy of value creation: design - technology - production - service are all proactively developed in Vietnam and then brought to compete fairly in the global market.

In the future vision, EcoWipes aims to deepen R&D for safe and environmentally friendly product lines, strengthen e-commerce capabilities and integrated services (formulation consulting, packaging, legal, logistics) to bring added value to customers and partners. The automation and digitalization roadmap continues to be accelerated to increase productivity, reduce errors and shorten time to market.
In summary, the 15-year milestone reflects the key trends of the FMCG industry: automation, safety – sustainability, international compliance and product servitization. With quality discipline and a parallel human – technology strategy, EcoWipes aims to maintain its growth momentum, expand its international footprint and continue to turn “Make in Vietnam” into a competitive advantage in the new development phase.
