Speaking at the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh emphasized: Over the past years, agencies and units throughout the army have thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented the guidelines and policies of the Party, State, Central Military Commission, and Ministry of National Defense on policy work for the Army, the Army's rear, social insurance, and health insurance.

Under the leadership and close direction of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, and directly the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, policy and insurance work in the Army has increasingly affirmed its particularly important position and role, contributing to concretizing the Party and State's policies on policy work for the Army, the Army's rear, social security work in general, and insurance work in the Army in particular.

In particular, promoting the application of information technology, administrative reform, and digital transformation has directly contributed to resolving regimes and policies quickly, accurately, fully, and promptly, ensuring legitimate rights for subjects.

The conference is an opportunity for delegates to exchange and share experiences, reflect on difficulties, obstacles, bottlenecks, shortcomings, and propose solutions, in order to promptly advise on the implementation of policies, social insurance, and health insurance for increasingly better subjects.

The Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics requested: The Organizing Committee must proactively coordinate, cooperate closely, and prepare carefully in all aspects; properly manage and operate the program and plan; ensure absolute safety for people and vehicles; and objectively and comprehensively evaluate the learning outcomes of agencies and units.
