- On the morning of October 15, at the headquarters of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, a working delegation of Hung Yen province led by comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, came to present funding to support Lang Son province to overcome the consequences of natural disasters.

Attending the reception were comrades: Doan Thu Ha, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; Luong Trong Quynh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Hoang Tung, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

The working delegation of Hung Yen province presented a symbolic plaque of funding to support the people of Lang Son province in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters.

During the program, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province expressed his sympathy and shared the losses caused by natural disasters in Lang Son province and presented 1 billion VND from the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hung Yen province to support Lang Son province to overcome the consequences of natural disasters.

Comrade Doan Thu Ha, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, gave a speech of thanks at the reception program.

Speaking at the reception, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee informed about the damage caused by storm No. 11 in the province and the work of overcoming the consequences of natural disasters in the locality.

He thanked the Party Committee, the government and the people of Hung Yen province for sharing, encouraging and supporting the people of Lang Son province to overcome the consequences of natural disasters. He affirmed that this amount of money will be managed and used by the province for the right purposes, the right subjects, and promptly delivered to the people affected by storm No. 11.
