In order for the National Digital Transformation Day 2024 to have a strong and widespread influence, the Department of Information and Communications has coordinated with central and provincial press and media agencies to organize the production of news, articles, reports, media products (video clips, infographics, etc.) to promote on newspapers, the internet, and social networks about activities responding to the Digital Transformation Day of Phu Tho province. At the same time, strengthen the content of propaganda about the results of digital transformation implementation in the province; disseminate experiences, models, and solutions for effective digital transformation implementation; reflect the activities of the Community Digital Technology Team and the benefits and successes brought about by digital transformation implementation in localities.

In order to fully, promptly and comprehensively disseminate information about the activities of National Digital Transformation Day 2024, the Department directed the construction and maintenance of specialized pages: "National Digital Transformation Day October 10, 2024"; "Digital Transformation of Phu Tho Province"; "Supporting enterprises in digital transformation" on the Phu Tho Provincial Electronic Information Portal. Thereby, providing full content and propaganda documents of Phu Tho Provincial Digital Transformation Day associated with the activities of National Digital Transformation Day 2024 for central and local press agencies and units to exploit and support propaganda work. The forms of propaganda information are diverse, vivid, concise and succinct such as: news, articles, documents, videos , infographics, etc.

Phu Tho Provincial Electronic Information Portal provides full content and propaganda documents for Phu Tho Provincial Digital Transformation Day associated with activities of National Digital Transformation Day 2024.

The Department of Information and Communications has issued a document requesting the departments, branches, sectors, and organizations of the province; People's Committees of districts, cities, and towns to promote information and propaganda work in response to the National Digital Transformation Day 2024 on electronic information portals/pages; electronic boards, public screens, publications, websites, mobile applications, social networking applications; on grassroots information systems and visual propaganda forms of agencies, units, and localities. In particular, popularizing the message, theme, and identity of the National Digital Transformation Day 2024 developed by the Ministry of Information and Communications. Propagating and popularizing useful digital technology products and services, especially digital products and services applied to develop the digital economy; preferential policies, encouraging people and businesses to use products, services, digital data "Make in Vietnam"... In addition, encourage officials, civil servants, public employees and workers to respond by changing their profile pictures on social media accounts to include an avatar frame on National Digital Transformation Day from October 1, 2024 to October 30, 2024.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Thao - Head of the Department of Culture - Information of Ha Hoa district said: From September 20, 2024 to October 30, 2024 (peak from October 1, 2024 to October 10, 2024), we have increased the capacity, duration, diversified the content of news and articles reflecting on the National Digital Transformation Day 2024 on the Electronic Information Portal/Page, grassroots information system, social networking platforms from district to grassroots. Organized hanging of banners, billboards, posters, propaganda by mobile vehicles, content on electronic bulletin boards... at the headquarters of agencies, units, enterprises, on main roads, streets, densely populated areas. At the same time, support people to register, guide the use of digital technology applications at the cultural house of residential areas in Ha Hoa town.

At the same time, visual propaganda such as: Hanging slogan banners and billboards at the district center with the theme "Welcoming the National Digital Transformation Day 2024"; changing the content of billboards and propaganda boards accordingly... Propaganda is integrated through cultural, artistic, and sports activities suitable to the actual conditions of the unit.

It can be seen that information and communication activities on digital transformation in general and National Digital Transformation Day 2024 in particular have been paid attention to and promoted synchronously and effectively by all levels, sectors and localities in the province.
