The semi-final night of Miss Global 2024 just took place in Thailand with the competition of 62 beauties. Nguyen Dinh Nhu Van is the representative of Vietnam competing in this year's contest.

In the semi-final night, Nhu Van and the other contestants went through 3 competitions including bikini, evening gown and national costume. With experience as a professional model, the Vietnamese representative had an impressive performance, receiving many compliments from the audience.

In the National Costume competition, Nhu Van performed "Blooming Rocks" by designers Bui The Bao and Nguyen Nguyen Bao. The costume was inspired by the panpipe dance and umbrella of the Mong people.

The design recreates a poetic Northwest picture with the pink color of wild peach blossoms, symbolizing the strong vitality and beauty of the mountains and forests.

After the semi-final night, Nhu Van’s performance was highly appreciated. Beauty sites such as Queen Crow News, Coronas Universales Pageants, Reias Grand Slams… all predicted that the Vietnamese representative would win the crown.

The famous beauty website Missosology predicts that Nhu Van will become the second runner-up. Beauties from Indonesia, Venezuela, the US, and Malaysia are all included in the prediction rankings.

The final night of Miss Global 2024 will take place on the evening of March 9 in Thailand.
