During the 2 days, the students were introduced to the following topics: Digital transformation in document and archive work and regulations on electronic documents and archives; sending, receiving and processing electronic documents on the military data transmission network; legal regulations on protecting state secrets; work on editing archival documents; introduction to the process of sending, receiving and processing electronic documents in the General Department of Logistics and Engineering; practical instructions on sending, receiving and processing electronic documents, creating electronic records on the document management and operation system...

Speaking at the opening of the training, Major General Ha Nhu Loi emphasized: Over the past years, under the leadership of the Party Committee, the head of the General Department, the direction and guidance of the Office of the Ministry of National Defense, the work of documents, security and archiving of the General Department of Logistics and the General Department of Engineering, now the General Department of Logistics and Engineering, has achieved many important results. Agencies and units have strictly implemented the process of drafting, issuing and managing documents; strongly applied the document management system and operated, sent, received and processed electronic documents; deployed personal digital signatures deeply and widely.

The training aims to equip staff with the latest knowledge, skills and professional skills in document management, security, archiving, guidance on implementing legal regulations, newly issued documents, sharing experiences and solutions to improve quality and efficiency of work, meeting task requirements in the new situation.

In order for the training course to achieve its objectives and requirements, Major General Ha Nhu Loi requested that the cadres attending the class uphold their responsibilities, fully convey the contents according to the program; increase evidence, illustrations, and practical connections to enrich the lectures, creating conditions for the comrades participating in the training to easily understand, easily remember, grasp the required content and apply it well in organization and implementation.

Emphasizing the important role and tasks of document, security and archival work at agencies and units, contributing to the leadership, command, operation, management and ensuring the safety of agencies and units in all aspects, Major General Ha Nhu Loi requested commanders at all levels to pay attention to leading, directing and creating all favorable conditions for the document, security and archival work of their agencies and units to perform well the functions and tasks of the industry in a systematic, unified, smooth and effective manner, contributing to the successful implementation of the political tasks of each agency and unit.
