In the 2023-2024 school year, along with the youth union and youth movement, the school youth union and young pioneer work has achieved many results.

Youth Unions coordinated with the education sector to organize 147 propaganda activities to raise awareness of innovation, creativity, and scientific research; 63 activities to improve digital capacity for union members and youth in school areas, attracting 20,876 students to participate. Organized 16 scientific seminars and forums to guide creative thinking methods for 3,367 students, 258 teachers and young lecturers; 54 academic competitions, scientific and technical innovation competitions, and awards to promote the creativity of students, teachers and young lecturers.

Newly established and maintained 74 "Young Creativity" clubs. In the 2023-2024 school year, the whole province has 724 scientific research projects and topics, creative products of students, of which 589 are school-level topics, 110 are provincial and regional topics, and 25 are national-level topics.

Mr. Hoang Manh Linh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Provincial Youth Union Council delivered the opening speech at the conference.

The work of the team and the children's movement in the 2023-2024 school year has closely followed the programs directed by the Central Council of the Team. Activities responding to the movement "Building beautiful friendships, saying no to school violence"; the forum "Building a culture of behavior in schools" ; the festival "Beauty of teachers and students" were promoted with the active and enthusiastic participation of children and team leaders.

The movements and campaigns "For beloved juniors", "Small plans", "Thousands of good deeds" have been promoted, contributing to motivating, encouraging, and helping children in difficult circumstances to continue going to school, striving to excel in their studies and training. In the 2023 - 2024 school year, 10/10 targets achieved 100% of the set plan.
