Not only causing localized flooding, storm No. 10's circulation also broke and felled a number of trees, posing a danger to pedestrians and the safety of the power transmission grid.

Faced with the complicated developments of storms and rains, Deputy Director of the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting Hoang Phuc Lam recommended that people pay close attention to heavy rain forecasts and dangerous weather news to prevent and respond promptly to any situation that may arise.
