HCMC: Youth of Binh Thanh ward pioneers in digital transformation

On the morning of July 5, at the Public Administration Service Center of Binh Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, the "Volunteer Saturday" program took place with the participation of a large number of union members - demonstrating their pioneering role in building urban government and supporting people.

The program of the Military Service Training Team Handover Ceremony, with the participation of Green Summer Soldiers from the Ho Chi Minh City Academy of Officials, is ready to support the locality in the coming time.

Immediately after that, the Volunteer Team directly supported people in carrying out administrative procedures at the ward's Public Administration Service Center (PVHCC) - an important milestone in administrative reform, officially put into operation in early July 2025.

Volunteers are guided by center staff on the processing procedures at the Binh Thanh Ward Public Administration Service Center.

This activity not only helps reduce the workload for civil servants in the ward but also helps people, especially the elderly, easily access modern administrative services.

In addition, the members also actively distributed propaganda leaflets and introduced the ward's official information channels such as the Binh Thanh People's Fanpage, the Binh Thanh Ward Electronic Information Page, the Binh Thanh Ward Front Fanpage - Ho Chi Minh City, the Binh Thanh Ward Youth Fanpage - Ho Chi Minh City and online interaction channels to serve the people. This activity aims to raise awareness and encourage people to access official information, avoiding being affected by fake news and false news on social networks.
