Accordingly, the scholarship criteria are new students with especially difficult family circumstances (with confirmation from the locality or school), who have made efforts to improve in their studies and life, and are at risk of dropping out of school if not helped; admitted to university or college for the 2025-2026 school year (with a confirmation of admission from the school); registered, clearly presenting their circumstances and aspirations, and direction of their future studies and careers.

New students applying for scholarships or new student referees fill in the information in the online application at: https://bit.ly/tiepsucdentruong2025 until September 10, 2025.
The Organizing Committee will coordinate with local authorities to verify information, select applications according to the program's standards and conditions, and conduct online interviews in some special cases.
The "Support to School" scholarship is expected to award 1,000 scholarships (VND 15 million/scholarship) to new students in difficult circumstances in 34 provinces and cities with a total cost of about VND 20 billion, not including organization costs, souvenirs, and school supplies. Of which, there are 20 special scholarships, with a total value of VND 1 billion (VND 50 million/scholarship/4 years).
