Cat Hai Special Zone informs ship and boat owners and fishermen in operation; guides ships, boats, and coastal aquaculture facilities to anchor in designated shelter areas according to regulations. Counts, closely manages, and maintains regular contact with ship and boat owners to promptly handle bad situations that may occur; informs tourists staying in the area about information and developments of the storm to proactively plan their movements and shelters.
The city's departments and branches focused on the prevention and control of storm No. 11. In particular, the Department of Agriculture and Environment mobilized 100% of the specialized dike management force at the dike management districts to inspect, guide and urge localities to carry out dike patrols according to flood warning levels, a total of 160 people. Assigns and arranges to strengthen leadership and staff on duty to organize regular and 24/24 duty to promptly grasp the situation of tropical depression and heavy rain; synthesizes the response implementation of localities and sectors, and reports according to regulations.
