Truc Anh used to weigh 82kg, revealed her appearance after losing 10kg in a month

(Dan Tri) - Actress Truc Anh shared that her journey to lose weight and recover her health is still full of hardships, but she still tries hard every day.

Recently, actress Truc Anh updated new photos and shared about her current health status. She said that before Tet, her weight was approximately 82kg. In early March, the beauty started a diet and has now lost 10kg, reaching 72kg.

"Thank you to my team for not being afraid of hardship and always being dedicated to their work. Love you guys. The journey is still long, I will always try my best," Truc Anh shared.

"I never wish this to happen to anyone, because only those who have experienced it know how scary it is. I couldn't explain my situation, I still had to laugh and talk. After that, when I got home, I tried to stay strong but still cried. Only those who have experienced it know," Truc Anh said.

Sharing with Dan Tri reporter recently, Truc Anh's representative said that her spirit has stabilized and she is happier. Truc Anh also regularly goes to the doctor to treat her health problems.

"After 2 years of avoiding social media due to personal problems, she has become much more open. The actress hopes to soon return to the screen and develop her artistic career," said Truc Anh's media representative.

Truc Anh, born in 1998, beat out nearly 1,400 candidates to play the role of Ha Lan in the movie Mat Biec (2019). Before that, she acted in the movie Ngoc Oi Tuoi 17 and several movies shown online.
