Propaganda and dissemination of social insurance policies and labor laws

The provincial Social Insurance (SI) has just coordinated with the provincial Labor Federation (LDLĐ) to organize two conferences to propagate, disseminate and discuss social insurance (SI) and health insurance (HI) policies and labor laws for workers and union members at the grassroots level.

Nearly 400 workers of Regal Vietnam Textile Co., Ltd. and grassroots trade union officials of enterprises in Hoa Phu commune were introduced to the new points of the Law on Social Insurance, the Law on Health Insurance (amended) and the Trade Union Law 2024; specifically answered many questions related to rights and obligations when participating in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance; maternity, sickness, retirement regimes, as well as the responsibilities of employers in implementing social security policies .

In particular, many new policies aim to better protect the rights of female workers such as gradually reducing pension eligibility conditions, expanding voluntary social insurance, flexibility in contribution and benefit, along with maternity and post-natal care regimes...

Workers ask questions related to maternity benefits.

Thereby, helping employees fully grasp new legal regulations ; better understand their rights, raise awareness of participating in social insurance and health insurance, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises; contributing to the effective implementation of social security policies and sustainable development of the labor force in Dak Lak province .

These are two opening activities in the Coordination Plan No. 399/KHPH-LĐLĐ-BHXH dated September 25, 2025 between the Provincial Labor Federation and Dak Lak Provincial Social Insurance on organizing propaganda, dissemination, and dialogue on the Law on Social Insurance, Law on Health Insurance and labor laws among workers and grassroots union officials in 2025.

According to the plan, in the coming time, the two units will continue to organize 3 more conferences in Buon Ma Thuot ward, KCP Vietnam Industrial Company Limited and Phu Yen Urban Environment Joint Stock Company.
