At the conference, delegates deployed contents such as: Decree No. 219/2025/ND-CP dated August 7, 2025 of the Government regulating foreign workers working in Vietnam; implementing provisions of the 2019 Labor Code, the Law on Employment, the Law on Occupational Safety and Hygiene; the work of building a database of employment and occupational safety fields. At the same time, dialogue between agencies, departments, branches and enterprises to handle difficulties and problems in the process of law enforcement and arising situations. Along with that, answering all questions about social insurance policies, unemployment insurance, occupational safety and granting permits for foreign workers to work in Vietnam...

According to the Department of Home Affairs, in recent times, besides enterprises that have implemented labor laws well, there are still some enterprises that have not strictly complied with the provisions of labor laws, leading to petitions, reflections and denunciations from employees. The conference on propaganda and dissemination of labor and employment laws aims to increase understanding and compliance with labor laws for employees and employers, meeting practical requirements and international commitments on labor. The goal is to build harmonious and stable labor relations, limit disputes and support enterprises to compete healthily, contributing to the socio -economic development of the province.
