The Provincial People's Committee met to listen to the report on the proposed project of Ninh Thuan High-Tech Mechanical Factory.

On the morning of July 3, comrade Trinh Minh Hoang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting to listen to the report on the proposed Ninh Thuan High-Tech Mechanical Factory project of Dai Dung Construction and Trading Mechanical Joint Stock Company (Dai Dung Company).

At the meeting, Dai Dung Company's representative informed about the company's capacity and investment strategy. To meet market demand, Dai Dung Company plans to invest in 2 component projects in Ninh Thuan, including: Dai Dung-Ca Na Port Project at Ca Na General Port Area and Ninh Thuan High-Tech Mechanical Factory Project at Ca Na Industrial Park. The project scale is from 100-150 hectares. Total investment is 4,541 billion VND; implementation period is from 2024-2028. Thereby, proposing plans for project construction site arrangement and hoping that the province will have support policies so that the project can be implemented effectively soon.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Trinh Minh Hoang emphasized: According to the master plan for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, Ninh Thuan province orients coastal industrial development towards prioritizing investment attraction in large-scale industrial projects, environmentally friendly high-tech industries associated with the development of supporting industries. Therefore, the proposal of the Ninh Thuan High-Tech Mechanical Factory project of Dai Dung Company is necessary. Comrade Trinh Minh Hoang requested the functional sector and local authorities to pay attention to supporting investors in carrying out procedures on land, investment certification, construction licensing, ensuring compliance with planning and legal regulations. The province also hopes that Dai Dung Company will have an official opinion on the area, construction location and soon implement the project to create momentum for the southern key economic zone of the province in the coming time. Enterprises need to continue to research and choose the optimal and suitable option at the location of phase 1 of Ca Na Industrial Park according to the approved planning. The province will accompany investors to reach an agreement with the industrial park investor to have consensus and create conditions for enterprises to invest effectively in accordance with the law.
