In Pa Vay Su commune, the Commune Steering Committee has assigned specific tasks to each member, launched a movement to join hands to eliminate temporary houses, mobilized forces to support working days and social resources. Thereby, helping to remove difficulties for poor households in transporting materials and providing capital. In 2025, the whole commune has over 260 households starting to build houses under many support programs; to date, the households have basically completed and put them into use, only 6 houses are being completed, striving to complete 100% by the end of August. However, the progress is still facing difficulties due to the slow allocation of funding from some programs, many poor households do not have enough capacity to provide, complicated traffic, and prolonged rainy weather.

For Nam Dan commune, with the motto "Sticking closely - proactively - closely - joining hands - effectively", the commune has mobilized the entire political system to join in, launching a widespread emulation movement "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses". Households are supported with funds, working days, and materials, helping to reduce costs and improve the quality of works. Up to now, the commune has basically completed the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses. Besides the achieved results, the program's progress is still affected by unfavorable weather, high material prices, and limited counterpart capital from households.

Through monitoring in the two communes of Pa Vay Su and Nam Dan, the monitoring team highly appreciated the efforts and results of the program implementation of the two localities. At the same time, it was recommended to continue to speed up the progress, ensure the disbursement of capital in accordance with regulations, pay attention to completing the procedures, and encourage people to actively develop production and stabilize their lives after having solid houses. The difficulties and recommendations of the grassroots will be compiled and reported to competent authorities for consideration and resolution.
