After two days of exciting competition, the Hanoi Transerco Bus Service Culture Building Contest has officially ended. At the end of the competition, 354 awards were given to outstanding groups and individuals, including 62 outstanding faces honored in Hanoibus' traditional awards.

Regardless of whether they won the prize or not, the teams left with joy and gained a lot of useful knowledge. What is more special is that the 2025 peak emulation movement of Transerco was vigorously implemented, marked by more than 291 thousand safe vehicle operations, without serious accidents.

The contest is always innovative and incorporates a lot of useful knowledge.

Speaking at the contest, Mr. Nguyen Thuy, Deputy General Director of Transerco, Head of the Organizing Committee, emphasized: "This year's contest continues to promote the achievements and advantages of previous years, while being innovative in direction, organization, propaganda and training. Thanks to that, it has created a vibrant competitive atmosphere in the service spirit of the team of drivers and service staff on bus routes in recent times."

Units enthusiastically participated in the competitions.

This year's competition has the participation of drivers and service staff from 7 bus units under Transerco and 2 member joint stock companies ( Hanoi Electric Vehicle Joint Stock Company, Newway Transport Joint Stock Company). Each team consists of 3 official contestants and 1 reserve contestant. The competition takes place in 2 rounds: Qualifying round (introduction, knowledge) and final round (behavioral skills, situation handling). From 9 competing teams, the Organizing Committee selected 5 teams with the highest scores to enter the final round. The contestants are not only representative of the image of the unit but also typical faces of nearly 4,000 drivers and service staff of the entire Corporation.

At the end of the competition, the BRT Bus Enterprise won the first prize; the second prize went to the 10-10 Hanoi Bus Enterprise and the South Hanoi Passenger Car Enterprise; the third prize was awarded to the Cau Buu Bus Enterprise, the Hanoi Bus Enterprise, the Yen Vien Bus Enterprise and the Tan Dat Center.

At the program, Transerco presented awards to outstanding individuals who were commended in 2025. According to the Corporation, the peak emulation movement to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution, National Day September 2 and respond to the National Traffic Safety Year 2025 has been effectively implemented, creating a vibrant atmosphere, contributing to improving the quality of bus transport activities, meeting the increasing demands of the people of the capital. The emulation program focuses on 4 main contents: Maintaining good vehicles, driving safely; Improving the quality of passenger service; Improving the quality of vehicle maintenance and repair; Ensuring the quality and safety of transporting passengers and delegations in the A80 event as required by the city. Immediately after launching, the Scoring Subcommittee conducted inspections through many channels: directly on the route, feedback from functional forces, press, social networks, hotlines, camera systems and journey monitoring devices. The results showed that 1,582 vehicles were checked at the station, all of which were directly scored twice.

Thanks to the positive changes, the quality of this year's emulation movement has been significantly improved. The entire Corporation has operated more than 291 thousand safe vehicles, without serious accidents, without violations of awareness and service attitude. Through the journey monitoring system, compliance with road traffic laws, compliance with driving discipline and stopping, picking up and dropping off passengers on many routes has almost reached absolute level. In addition, praise for the sense of responsibility and attitude of serving passengers of drivers and service staff has increased significantly.

2025 also marks the fourth consecutive year that Transerco has organized the awards for the titles "Transerco Golden Steering Wheel", "Outstanding Bus Service Staff", "Excellent Repairman" to honor dedicated and responsible workers. As a result, 62 outstanding individuals were honored, representing nearly 4,000 workers and employees who are diligently contributing to Hanoibus. At the end of the emulation movement, Transerco's Emulation and Reward Council decided to award a total of 354 awards to groups and individuals with outstanding achievements.

More than 800 letters of praise for staff on passenger service attitude

According to statistics, the information praising the sense of responsibility and attitude towards serving passengers of bus drivers and service staff has increased significantly. Specifically, in the emulation month, 814 commendations were recorded and posted on press information pages, social networks and hotlines (8.3 times higher than the emulation period last year). The number of commendations about the style, behavior and service attitude of drivers and service staff accounted for 68% of the commendations. There were 10 articles promoting beautiful images, good people and good deeds of the units 10/10 Bus Enterprise, Nam Passenger Car Enterprise, BRT Bus Enterprise, Tan Dat Center, which created many positive effects; Many drivers and service staff have received praise from social networking sites, including service staff Nguyen Ngoc Tu - Route 20A with 20 praises, and driver Le Van Tuan - Route 114 with 14 praises. The beautiful actions of ticket sellers Do Thi Oanh on Route 39 and Le Thi Dau on Route 30 in supporting passengers with health problems to go to the emergency room have also caused strong emotions, receiving 'hearts' from the online community.
