On the evening of October 4, at the Fire Prevention University, the art exchange program "Gem in Fire" took place on the occasion of the 64th anniversary of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Force's Traditional Day (October 4, 1961 - October 4, 2025); 24th anniversary of the National Fire Prevention and Rescue Day (October 4, 2001 - October 4, 2025) organized by the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department in coordination with Vietnam Television, broadcast live on VTV1 channel. The program was attended by Senior Lieutenant General Le Van Tuyen, Deputy Minister of Public Security .

Over the past time, the Party and the State have always paid attention to and directed fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue work. The Prime Minister has requested ministries, branches and localities to "identify fire prevention and fighting as a key and regular task; raise awareness, knowledge and fire prevention and fighting skills for people and heads of establishments". The Ministry of Public Security has directed all forces to synchronously deploy prevention solutions, build a movement of "Fire Prevention and Fighting and Search and Rescue for all people", expand the civil defense network and typical models, operate effectively at the grassroots level and in residential areas.

The special art exchange program “Pearl in the Fire” aims to pay tribute to the soldiers on the front line of fire prevention and rescue – brave, loyal people who do not hesitate to sacrifice, ready to rush into dangerous places to save people’s lives. This is an activity of profound political and social significance, contributing to spreading the spirit of “Forgetting oneself for the country, serving the people” of the People’s Public Security soldiers; highlighting the noble actions and contributions for a safe community in fire prevention and rescue.
The program is divided into two parts, interweaving theater arts, music, dance, documentary reports, interactive skits, combining 3D mapping and modern stage effects.

Part I – “Bright gem in the challenge”: Depicting the fierceness of life-and-death battles with the “fire enemy” through performances of life-and-death battles, the song Lullaby of the storm (Vo Ha Tram), the medley Nguoc chieu binh an – Ba di dau ma mai chua ve (Nguyen Tran Trung Quan); reports with vivid cuts from the scene of stormy rain in the mountains, raging floodwaters to the image of Fire Police and Rescue soldiers rushing to save people, ending in a moment of bursting faith in life.

Part II – “Peaceful Chorus”: Honoring the strength of the community, spreading the message that fire prevention and fighting and rescue are the responsibility of the whole society. Reports on effective fire prevention and fighting models, propaganda skits with the participation of artist Tien Luat; the medley My Dream – Kind Vietnam and the climax of the Oath for Peace. Next is the performance Love of the Country, closing the program with the image of the national flag, reminding every citizen of their responsibility to maintain peace. The music and stage images were elaborately staged, both evoking tragic emotions and conveying a profound humanistic message: Today's peace is exchanged for sweat, tears, and even blood of silent soldiers.

Through the language of art, the program "Pearl in Fire" becomes a bridge connecting the people with the Fire Police and Rescue Force, contributing to strengthening trust and raising awareness that ensuring fire and explosion safety is not only the task of the authorities but also the responsibility of every citizen.
The program conveys the belief that, with the participation of the entire political system and the entire population, the goal of building a safe society, without fires, explosions, incidents, or serious accidents, will become a reality.
