The Ministry of Health has just issued Directive 07-CT/BYT dated October 1, 2025 on strengthening management and improving the quality of medical examination and treatment activities at medical examination and treatment facilities.

The Ministry of Health said that recently, medical examination and treatment nationwide has had many positive changes.
However, some medical facilities have recently had cases of violations of regulations in medical examination and treatment, affecting the rights and safety of patients.
Typically, private clinics operate illegally and are not qualified to practice.

To strengthen management and improve the quality of medical examination and treatment at medical examination and treatment facilities, the Minister of Health has issued a Directive on strengthening management and improving the quality of medical examination and treatment at medical examination and treatment facilities.

The Ministry of Health requires its Departments, Bureaus, and affiliated Offices to closely coordinate with agencies, units, and localities to fully perform tasks related to the field of medical examination and treatment according to assigned functions and tasks.
