On October 10, speaking with Dan Tri reporter, the leader of Ben Cat Ward People's Committee, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Ben Cat City, Binh Duong Province) said that he will verify the information reflecting cars jostling with hundreds of students in the yard of a school in the area.

At noon the same day, social media users spread a video clip showing several cars driving out of the school yard onto the street, at a time when there were many students walking around.
The person filming the video appeared upset and worried when the students had to "squeeze" with cars.
At this time, a person wearing security uniform appeared and said this was the car of the Department of Education .
“No vehicle belonging to the office or anyone else is allowed to run like that. We have to wait until all the students have left before driving out the gate. With so many students, what if we accidentally step on the gas pedal?” a parent said.
Upon verification, the incident occurred at Le Quy Don Secondary School, Ben Cat Ward. The footage was filmed at 11:30 a.m. the same day, when students were leaving school.
Speaking with Dan Tri , Mr. Pham Van Sang, Principal of Le Quy Don Secondary School, said that the school is working with the authorities and will inform later.
