Lam Vien Ward - Da Lat currently has 57 affiliated Youth Union units, with more than 800 members. In recent times, the ward's youth have promoted the spirit of initiative, creativity and responsibility, leaving a clear mark through exciting emulation movements.

Many new models and good practices have been effectively maintained such as: "Blooming Youth Route", "Digitizing Red Addresses", "Exchanging Trash for Trees", "Youth Green Space", "Green Sunday"...

During the term, the Ward Youth Union honored more than 200 exemplary youth and children, provided career counseling to more than 500 student union members, admitted over 500 new union members, and introduced 68 outstanding union members to the Party.

Entering the 2025 - 2030 term, the Congress identified two breakthroughs, including: Digital transformation and innovation in youth activities and Building bright - green - clean - beautiful urban areas associated with preserving cultural identity.

Along with that, the Congress proposed 4 key task groups with 14 specific targets, focusing on improving the quality of the Youth Union organization, developing life skills, entrepreneurial spirit, civic awareness and behavioral culture among urban youth.

At the same time, they requested the new Executive Committee of the Ward Youth Union to continue to innovate working methods, strengthen internal solidarity, and promote the application of digital technology in Youth Union work.
