The fair is free to enter and has ample parking. In particular, bus route 34 connecting the center of Hanoi to the fair venue will be free for visitors during the event.
Recognizing that the fair is an opportunity to promote and introduce craft village and tourism products, helping tourists and residents of the capital to directly participate, experience and shop at one of the largest fairs ever, recently, the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism has sent a document requesting tourism and travel businesses.
Accordingly, businesses are encouraged to proactively develop, promote and offer tours to the 2025 Autumn Fair, to attract domestic and international tourists, contributing to spreading the image of a dynamic, creative and integrated Vietnam.
The 2025 Autumn Fair is considered a "super fair" due to its unprecedented scale, with the participation of more than 2,500 domestic and international enterprises. The booths and exhibition spaces are arranged into 5 zones according to themes related to Vietnamese cultural identity.
Specifically, the "Prosperous Autumn" area will display and promote products in the fields of industry, trade and services.
The "Family Autumn" area is a space to introduce and promote consumer products, strong branded goods in retail systems and shopping centers, interior and exterior products and materials, and housing.
The "Autumn in Vietnam - The colors and scents of autumn" area displays and promotes typical products of each locality; products with collective brands, certifications, and geographical indications.
The “Quintessence of Autumn in Hanoi” area introduces typical industrial and commercial products, OCOP products, and craft village products; displays miniature landscapes and creative models. There are booths introducing Hanoi culture, tourism and cuisine , performance and product experience areas, trade connection areas, and art display models imbued with the Capital’s identity.
The “Quintessence of Vietnamese Culture” zone introduces and commercializes typical products of 12 cultural industries (cinema, music, performing arts, fine arts, publishing, television, fashion, cuisine, tourism, sports, etc.).
Each space at the fair is a miniature “picture”, harmoniously combining product display, art performance and cultural exchange. In particular, the fair will have 50 booths of tourism and travel businesses, introducing special programs, travel combo products and many attractive incentive packages.
