Truck overturned, ambulance deformed after accident on Trung Luong highway

The accident on the Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong highway caused the truck to flip over, the ambulance to be deformed, and the injured driver to be trapped in the cabin.

On the morning of October 4, a traffic accident occurred on the highway between a truck and an ambulance, injuring the ambulance driver and trapping him in the cabin.

Initial information, at about 6am the same day, an ambulance with license plate 71A-237.52 was traveling on the Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong highway heading to the West.

When reaching Km22+750 through Binh Duc commune, Tay Ninh province, there was a collision with a truck with license plate 51D-963.98 traveling in the same direction.

The truck overturned

The accident caused the truck to lose control and overturn, the front of the ambulance was dented and deformed; the ambulance driver was injured and trapped in the cabin, and had to be taken to the emergency room by local residents.

The accident also caused traffic jams on the Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong expressway heading to the West, making travel difficult.

Immediately after the incident, the traffic police force was present, promptly regulated traffic and handled the incident.
