In the midst of countless difficulties and challenges, thanks to the wise resistance line and the close direction of the Party Central Committee, the support and determination to fight the resistance of the people of the capital, the Hanoi Party Committee overcame all hardships and storms, together with the whole country, defeated the invading French colonialists. Eight years of leading the Hanoi army and people to fight the resistance in the enemy's heartland, despite limitations, the Party Committee has increasingly matured in both political ideology and organization.
