10 businesses paying the largest taxes to Ha Tinh

(Baohatinh.vn) - According to statistics of Ha Tinh Provincial Tax Department, in the first 9 months of 2025, the whole province had 10 enterprises paying more than 2,000 billion VND in domestic taxes, accounting for more than 30% of total tax and fee revenue in the area.

Saigon – Ha Tinh Beer Company Limited (Ha Huy Tap Ward) continues to hold the “champion” position in the ranking with the tax paid to the State budget (NSNN) of nearly 544 billion VND. This is the third consecutive year that this enterprise has ranked first in budget payment to Ha Tinh.

The runner-up position in the ranking is Hung Nghiep Formosa Ha Tinh Iron and Steel Company Limited (Vung Ang Ward) with tax paid over 348 billion VND. Next, the top 3 in the ranking belongs to Ha Tinh Petroleum Company (Thanh Sen Ward) with tax paid over 290 billion VND.

Ha Tinh Petroleum Company promotes production and business activities, thereby making large contributions to the local budget.

Mr. Truong Doan Duc - Deputy Director of Ha Tinh Petroleum Company shared: “Performing well the obligation to pay taxes is always the top priority of enterprises. We consider this not only a task according to the State's decree but also a foundation for sustainable development. In 2025, Petrolimex Ha Tinh has implemented many solutions such as: increasing investment in facilities, modernizing machinery and equipment, applying digital transformation, expanding the network of stores to boost production and business; creating jobs for more than 400 workers and making a large contribution to the local budget”.

The remaining units in the ranking of the 10 largest tax-paying enterprises for Ha Tinh are: Vung Ang Petroleum Joint Stock Company (Tran Phu ward) paid more than 205 billion VND; Giang Nam Petroleum Company Limited in Ha Tinh (Vung Ang ward) paid nearly 190 billion VND; Phuc Loc Ninh Joint Stock Company, Ha Tinh branch (Nghi Xuan commune) paid more than 134.6 billion VND; Phuc Lam Fuel Joint Stock Company, Ha Tinh branch (Thanh Sen ward) paid more than 129.6 billion VND; Ha Tinh Petroleum Power Company (Vung Ang ward) paid more than 78.7 billion VND; Vung Ang II Thermal Power Company Limited (Vung Ang ward) paid more than 58.5 billion VND; Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade ( Vietinbank ) Ha Tinh branch paid more than 43.4 billion VND.

Vietinbank Ha Tinh is a "new face" in the ranking of 10 enterprises that contribute the most to the budget of Ha Tinh.

This year, the ranking of the 10 largest tax-paying enterprises recorded the appearance of a new face, which is the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade, Ha Tinh branch. According to the representative of Vietinbank Ha Tinh, in the first 9 months of the year, the unit paid to the State budget in 2 types of taxes: value added tax and personal income tax.

According to statistics, the whole province currently has more than 13,000 enterprises and affiliated units, nearly 1,000 cooperatives and 1,500 investment projects that have been making important contributions to economic growth, state budget revenue, actively contributing to job creation, income for workers and implementing social security policies. In the first 9 months of 2025, the business community, cooperatives and business households paid more than 6,395 billion VND in taxes and fees of all kinds; of which, 10 "leading" enterprises paid over 2,000 billion VND in taxes.

Mr. Tran Danh Quoc Bien - Deputy Head of the Department of Management and Enterprise Support No. 1, Ha Tinh Provincial Tax Department emphasized: "These are typical enterprises, always taking the lead in paying the State budget and complying with tax laws and policies, contributing to completing and exceeding the assigned budget revenue estimate.

In recent times, the Ha Tinh Tax sector has promoted administrative procedure reform, applied information technology, promptly updated new policies; promoted propaganda, support, and removed obstacles in tax administrative procedures; helped businesses save time and costs in fulfilling tax obligations. In addition, it supports businesses in accessing tax extension and exemption packages and land rents of the Government. Business dialogue conferences are held regularly, demonstrating the spirit of openness, support and timely removal of difficulties for businesses. The accompanying and supporting solutions of the tax sector contribute to helping businesses overcome difficulties to boost production and business; restore growth, pay large budgets to the locality, create stable jobs for tens of thousands of workers and join hands in implementing many social security activities in the area."

Ha Tinh Petroleum Power Company and Vung Ang II Thermal Power Company Limited are two large tax-paying enterprises for Ha Tinh.
