600 officers, soldiers and special vehicles in Quang Nam participated in ensuring the graduation exam

On June 28, Quang Nam Provincial Police said that to ensure security and safety for the high school graduation exam and university and vocational education entrance exam in 2024, the Provincial Police have proactively developed plans and solutions and deployed them to police units and localities.

"The leaders of Quang Nam Provincial Police have organized many inspections and directed the coordination of exam activities, paying special attention to security and safety at important stages such as printing exam papers, transporting exam papers and exam invigilation. At the same time, they sent members to join the inspection team to inspect the exam preparation work of the Exam Steering Committee at exam sites in the province.

In addition, Quang Nam Provincial Police also advised the Steering Committee for the exam and the education sector to disseminate and thoroughly educate officials and teachers serving the exam to promote a sense of responsibility, strictly implement the exam regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training , proactively detect, prevent and promptly handle cheating and abetting cheating in exams, remind and warn candidates participating in the exam to strictly maintain discipline in the exam room...", said the leader of Quang Nam Provincial Police.

Based on the direction of the Director of Quang Nam Provincial Police, the police of units and localities in the province have developed plans and measures to protect exam activities.

During the 2024 high school graduation exam and university and vocational education entrance exam, Quang Nam Provincial Police mobilized a total of more than 600 officers and soldiers to participate in ensuring security and order for exam activities.

Local police have coordinated with the education sector to survey and arrange police forces to perform security duties at the examination sites; assigned officers to be on duty, protect exam papers and exam papers 24 hours a day, and at the same time arranged officers to be on duty at the examination sites to coordinate in handling unusual incidents related to security and safety during the examination process. The district, town and city police force has coordinated with the commune, ward and town police to protect the area around the examination sites, maintain security and order, and traffic safety during the examinations.

For example, on the afternoon of June 27, the Traffic Police Team of Tay Giang District Police (Quang Nam) while performing the task of ensuring traffic order and safety at Tay Giang High School (high school graduation exam site No. 55) received news that Ating A Vot (born in 2006, residing in Agrong village, A Tieng commune, student of grade 12/1 at Tay Giang High School) had not arrived to take the exam even though the Math exam time was approaching.

Upon receiving the information, the task force sent Senior Lieutenant Bling Mui to use a special traffic police motorbike to find Ating A Vot's house and bring him to the exam location in time.

In addition, the Traffic Police of Quang Nam Province also arranged many patrol teams to control and ensure traffic order and safety on roads and important intersections, preventing traffic congestion that could affect exam activities.
