ABBank wants to auction 2 land lots in Long An, starting price nearly 5 billion VND

An Binh Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ABBank – UPCoM: ABB) has just announced the selection of an organization to auction real estate in An Thanh commune, Ben Luc district, Long An province, with the aim of handling secured assets to recover debt according to regulations.

The first property to be auctioned is the land use right with an area of ​​314 m2 belonging to plot number 972, map sheet number 6, located in An Thanh commune, Ben Luc district, Long An province. The land plot has a separate form of use as rural residential land, with a land use term until October 2033 and the origin of use is the State allocating land with land use fees.

The second property to be auctioned is the land use right with an area of ​​302 m2 belonging to plot No. 1571, map No. 6, located in An Thanh commune, Ben Luc district, Long An province. The land has a separate form of use as rural residential land, with a land use term until October 2033 and the origin of use is the State allocating land with land use fees. On the land plot there is a level 4 house, brick walls, corrugated iron roof, cement floor.

The starting price of the auctioned property is nearly 4.99 billion VND. The auctioned property will be seized by ABBank for processing and debt collection according to regulations. ABBank will hand over the current condition of the property to the auction winner.

On the same day, Lien Viet Post Joint Stock Commercial Bank ( LPBank – HoSE: LPB) also announced the seizure of real estate in Phong Phu commune, Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City to handle debt collection according to the agreement in the mortgage contract signed in accordance with the provisions of law.

Accordingly, the seized assets are land use rights, house ownership rights and assets attached to land plot number 1503, map sheet number 49, located in Phong Phu commune, Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City. The time to seize assets is from April 8, 2024, at the location of the assets.

The reason for the seizure is that Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Nhu did not fulfill her loan repayment obligation according to Credit Contract No. HDTD5112022120 dated August 11, 2022, so the bank seized the secured assets to handle and recover the loan debt .
