NDO – On the afternoon of September 30, at the Government Headquarters, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired a meeting of the Government Standing Committee and the Steering Committee for the development of the Regional and International Financial Center Project in Vietnam. Also attending were Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh , Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Van Nen; Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, leaders of ministries, central agencies, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang.
