Earlier, on the same morning, together with the whole country, the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh provinces solemnly held the Ceremony to announce the resolutions and decisions of the Central and local governments on the merger of provincial and commune-level administrative units; ending the operation of district-level administrative units. At the same time, establishing party organizations, appointing the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Tho province and the communes and wards subject to rearrangement.


Dance performance imbued with Thai ethnic cultural identity.

The art program was elaborately staged by the Provincial Ethnic Art Troupe with many singing and dancing performances praising the homeland, the country, the glorious Party and the tradition of solidarity, innovation and development of the ethnic groups in the province.

The event created a joyful and exciting atmosphere among the people; contributed to promoting the spirit of solidarity, spreading trust and consensus throughout society towards the reorganization of the government apparatus in accordance with the policies of the Party and State.
