NDO – On the afternoon of August 17, during his working program in Dak Lak province, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh inspected the Khanh Hoa-Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Construction Investment Project passing through the province. During the inspection of the Khanh Hoa-Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Project, the Prime Minister kindly asked the engineers and workers of the contractors of the Component 3 Project located in Kong Pac and Ea Kar districts, Dak Lak province. The Prime Minister expressed his special impression of the team of engineers and workers considering light rain as no rain, heavy rain as light rain, and when it rains more heavily, they stretch out tarps to work.
