[Photo] Experience at the Exhibition of 80 Years of National Achievements – A meaningful activity for new students

The tour and experience program at the Exhibition of 80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness will help new students of the University of Transport Technology (UTT) better understand the history of the birth of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the brilliant milestones in the struggle to protect and build the Fatherland over the past 80 years.

Immediately after the opening ceremony (September 5), the University of Transport Technology organized for more than 6,000 new students of the 76th course to visit and experience the Exhibition of 80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness. This activity is within the framework of the content of the Civic Political Activity Week at the beginning of the course. At the same time, this is also an important highlight in the program to welcome the new school year; an activity towards celebrating the 80th anniversary of the founding of the University of Transport Technology (November 15, 1945 - November 15, 2025).

Sharing about the significance of the experiential activity for the new students of the 76th course, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Hoang Long, Principal of the school, said: The visit to the Exhibition of 80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness is an opportunity for students to better understand the history of the birth of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the brilliant milestones in the history of the struggle for national independence, protection and construction of the Fatherland over the past 80 years; the outstanding achievements in all fields that Vietnam has achieved over the past 80 years, especially in the process of Renovation.

According to Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Hoang Long, the sightseeing and experience activities at the Exhibition of 80 years of Independence-Freedom-Happiness journey are not only an extracurricular trip, but also a valuable practical lesson. This is an opportunity for students to approach the great achievements of the nation, thereby nurturing love for school, love for homeland, Fatherland, aspiration and will to study and contribute to the development of the country. The experience activities are even more meaningful in the context of the School is aiming to celebrate the 80th anniversary of its founding. Therefore, this activity also demonstrates the continuation and inheritance of the tradition of nearly 80 years of building and growing of the school.

The new students were very excited about the tour and experience of the Exhibition "80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness".

Children visited and were introduced to military equipment displayed at the Exhibition.

The students watched a semi-realistic performance recreating the flow of history. There, they found deep emotions and pride in reliving the history of their nation.

New students visit the exhibition area of Nhan Dan Newspaper - Central Agency of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Voice of the Party, State and people of Vietnam.
